Further Education and Training Certificate: Information Technology: PC Support

The PC Support programme is designed to equip learners to enter any PC business environment in a vital supporting or training role. The strength of the qualification is the depth in which the software packages are covered: Their application in business, features and functions, installations, support issues and general user problems.

Duration

The programme duration is 1 month minimum.

Career fields

Successful learners will gain the knowledge and skills required to conduct the essential operations of pc engineering. Please enquire at the nearest INTEC College branch for a prospectus containing information about further studies.

Certification

MICT SETA will award you with a statement of results indicating the unit standards in which you have been found competent in this particular qualification. You will also receive a statement of results from INTEC College. The award, after verification visit, will be issued by MICT SETA.

Admission Requirements

Knowledge, comprehension and application of English language at NQF 3/Grade 11 or equivalent. Knowledge, comprehension and application of Mathematical Literacy at NQF 3/Grade 11 or equivalent.
